Woven Crochet Rug Pattern in Three Colors with Fringe

Home Sweet Home: This pattern contains directions to crochet the rug pictured. This is an easy design to work; a combination of crochet and weaving in heavy Rug Yarn. Crochet the easy rug base and then weave strands of yarn in two different shades and and add the fringe. The finished rug, vintage 1950 from American Thread, will measure 19 x 30 inches without fringe.

Materials:

• AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "AUNT LYDIA'S" HEAVY RUG YARN, Article 235, 10 skeins Red, 2 skeins White, 1 skein Black or colors desired.
• Aluminum crochet hook size H.
